Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Fantastic Fitness does not accept returns in case of change of mind or circumstances of the customer. Please make sure the item you're purchasing will suit your requirements and location.

We will only deal with the customer whose name is mentioned on the account/invoice or the original purchaser of the equipment.

Customers are entitled to notify us of any defects and demand to rectify them. The issue will be dealt within the item's warranty terms and conditions as mentioned on the invoice.

If all parties agree to a return and refund of the equipment, depending on the circumstances, a 25% Restocking Fee or Return Shipping or both may be applicable.

To return the Items, you must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.

Australian Consumer Law

The customer is covered by consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL") which cannot be excluded. This policy is in addition to any rights you have at law including under the ACL which is Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act, 2010 ("Act"). Returns Procedure

1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Contact Us to have the item approved for a return.
3If a refund has been approved, It will be processed back to the original form of payment.
